RYSE Root To Tip Masque

The RYSE Root To Tip Masque is a 100% active botanical concentrate that requires activation before use. Follow the steps below for best results.

Step 1 — Mix
Combine 2–4 tablespoons of powder (adjust for hair length) with warm water. Aim for a creamy smooth consistency — similar to Greek yoghurt — that coats the hair without dripping.

Step 2 — Sieve
For a smoother application, pour the activated mixture through a fine mesh sieve or strainer before use. This removes larger herbal particles and gives a more refined, even consistency — particularly recommended for finer hair textures.

Step 3 — Bloom
Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes before applying. This activates the Marshmallow Root and Hibiscus, releasing their natural slip and maximising detangling performance.

Step 4 — Apply
Section the hair and apply generously from scalp to ends. Use warm water as your mixer to keep the treatment lightweight and to gently stimulate the follicles.

How often should I use the Root To Tip Masque?
Once per week is recommended for most hair types. If your hair is extremely dry or chemically treated, you may use it twice per week. As this formula contains Hydrolysed Rice Protein, exceeding twice weekly may cause protein build-up — balance is key.

Can I apply this to dry hair?
We recommend applying to clean, damp hair. Damp hair has a slightly raised cuticle, allowing the botanical actives and silica from the Horsetail Extract to penetrate deeply rather than sitting on the surface.
