Our Commitment to Delivery
Every JOVANTIE order is prepared with the same attention to detail that goes into our formulations. Your products are packaged carefully to protect the integrity of the formulation and the presentation of the product from the moment it leaves us to the moment it reaches you.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and despatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are prioritised for same-day despatch where possible. Orders placed after 1pm, or over the weekend, will be processed the next working day.
You will receive an automated order confirmation immediately after purchase, followed by a despatch confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has shipped.
Standard processing time: 1–3 working days
During high-demand periods such as product launches, promotional events, or peak shopping seasons, processing times may extend slightly. We will communicate any delays transparently via email.
UK Delivery
We ship all UK domestic orders via Royal Mail Tracked services, selected based on the delivery option you choose at checkout.

All UK orders include tracking as standard. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been despatched.
Please note: Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 are target delivery services and not guaranteed. Royal Mail delivery estimates may be affected by local conditions, high-volume periods, or circumstances outside our control.
A Note on Our Packaging
JOVANTIE products are housed in premium glass bottles and jars. Glass is selected deliberately — it preserves the integrity of our botanical formulations, prevents chemical interaction between packaging and product, and reflects the standard we hold ourselves to.
Because of this, every order is packed with protective cushioning materials to minimise the risk of breakage in transit. Despite these precautions, if your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy and contact us immediately at hello@jovantie.com with photographs. We will resolve it promptly.
Temperature & Storage Considerations
Our formulations contain premium botanical actives and cold-pressed oils. While our products are stable at standard ambient temperatures, we recommend storing them away from direct sunlight and sources of heat once received.
During periods of extreme heat, carriers may hold parcels in conditions that fall outside ideal storage ranges. JOVANTIE cannot be held responsible for temperature-related changes occurring during transit, though we will always assess any quality concerns raised with us on a case-by-case basis.

All international orders are despatched via DPD International Tracked and include end-to-end tracking throughout the delivery journey.

Post-Brexit Customs & Import Information
JOVANTIE is based in the United Kingdom. Following the UK's departure from the European Union, orders shipped to EU countries are subject to customs procedures and import regulations.
For orders valued under €150: JOVANTIE is registered under the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme. This means that applicable VAT is collected at the point of checkout — you will not be charged additional VAT or customs fees upon delivery. What you pay at checkout is what you pay in total.
For orders valued over €150: Import duties and taxes may be levied by the destination country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected or controlled by JOVANTIE. We recommend checking your country's import thresholds before placing a large order.
Customs declarations: All international orders are accompanied by accurate customs documentation declaring the contents and value of the shipment. JOVANTIE does not misrepresent shipment values on customs forms under any circumstances.
Cosmetics & International Shipping Restrictions
Certain countries impose restrictions on the import of cosmetic products, particularly those containing specific botanical actives, essential oils, or alcohol-based ingredients. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify that the products they are ordering are permissible for import into their country before placing an order.
JOVANTIE cannot be held responsible for orders held, delayed, or confiscated by customs authorities due to import restrictions in the destination country. In such cases, refunds will not be issued for the cost of the products or shipping.

Delivery Timeframe Disclaimer
All delivery timeframes stated in this policy are estimates provided by our carrier partners and are not guaranteed. Factors including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing times, adverse weather, and high-volume periods may affect actual delivery times.
JOVANTIE is not liable for delays that occur once an order has been handed to the carrier. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information first, then contact us at support@jovantie.com if the issue is unresolved.
Undelivered & Returned Orders
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, a failed delivery attempt, or an uncollected parcel, we will contact you by email. Re-delivery will incur an additional shipping charge.
JOVANTIE is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address where the address provided at checkout was inaccurate. Please double-check your delivery details carefully before completing your purchase.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbours and in any safe spaces around your property
- Check with your local Royal Mail delivery office or DPD depot
- Contact us at support@jovantie.com with your order number
We will raise an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Please allow 5 working days for the carrier to complete their investigation before a resolution can be offered.
